Greater Southern Waterfront

Greater Southern Waterfront has been the talk years ago and this is definitely one of the mega transformation taking place for future Singapore.  The stretch of The Greater Southern Waterfront comes from Marina East to Pasir Panjang, adding in more urban living along the Southern Coast of Singapore.  This transformation will take phases for completion and it starts from Mount Faber, previously Pasir Panjang Power District and Keppel Club.

• Pasir Panjang Power District

The two former power station complex built in the 1950s, together with the neglected industrial buildings will gain the waterfront setting with a rich industrial flavour.

• Accessibility Improvement

There will be an adjoining waterfront promenade to link up many places of attractions along the Greater Southern Waterfront.  A new Pasir Panjang Linear Park linking up Labrador Nature Reserve and West Coast Park with greens and blues.

• Urban Living

The existing Keppel Club will be transformed into a new residential zone.  There will be in place 2 closed by MRT Stations and convenient access to nature and waterfront.
