Avenue South Residences land site originated from the GLS (Government Land Sales) last year in 2018.  The only bidder from this Silat Avenue land parcel was from a consortium consisting of UIC Homes, UOL Venture Investments and Kheng Leong Company.  Avenue South Residences has a plot land of 245,975 sqft at the price of SGD $1.035 billion.
